House of Martin Designs currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing
Most products are made to order. Please allow time for production and processing before shipment. Estimated delivery timing is shown during checkout and may vary by product, destination, carrier, and order volume.

Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Multiple Shipments
Products may be fulfilled from different facilities. If so, your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional charge beyond the shipping amount shown at checkout.

Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has started.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost in transit, contact House of Martin Designs promptly with your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
